Terms of use for all certificates:
- This certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The certificate must be used in a single visit.
- If the total service cost exceeds the certificate value, the difference can be paid in cash or card.
- If the total service cost is less than the certificate value, the remaining balance is non-refundable.
- The certificate can be used at any salon within the network.
- The certificate applies only to Backstage services and cannot be used to purchase retail products.
- To redeem the certificate, you must present either its digital or printed version with the unique code.
- The certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
